Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on completion or per an agreed payment plan. Hosting and recurring services are billed monthly or annually in advance.
Timelines communicated during a consultation are estimates and may vary depending on project scope, client feedback turnaround, and content availability. We'll keep you informed of any changes to the expected delivery date.
Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final website, branding, or system transfers to the client, excluding any third-party licensed tools, stock assets, or platforms used to build it.
Hosting, domain, and maintenance plans renew automatically unless cancelled. We'll notify you ahead of renewal dates where possible.
We work to deliver reliable, secure services, but we can't guarantee that any website or system will be free of all interruptions or errors. AFRIBICON TECHNOLOGY is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services.
